1.Cutting should be carried out in strict accordance with the scribing line, and the knife path should be straight and smooth. When cutting a straight line, the opening of the scissors should be large, the center of the blade should be used, and the amount of feed should be more. When cutting curves with large curvature, such as the front and back bends of trousers, the front and back armholes of garment pieces, the opening of scissors should be small. Try to use the front end of the blade to cut, but the speed should be fast, and at the same time, ensure that the blade is round and smooth.
2.Fabric dyed or sand washed in different batches should be cut in batches,
To prevent color difference on the same garment. For a piece of fabric in the presence of color difference phenomenon to carry out color difference, positioning layout. When arranging, pay attention to whether the grain of fabric is straight and whether the direction of the thread of the garment piece meets the process requirements. For velvet fabrics (such as velvet, velvet, corduroy, etc.), it is not allowed to arrange the material in reverse. According to the customer's requirements, it is one-way or one-piece one-way, otherwise it will appear fluffy, backlight, etc. Otherwise, it will affect the color of clothing.
3.Make sure the fabric is normal when dragging.
The mops should be flat and tight, the number of samples should be checked, the defects should be avoided, the width should be measured, and the mops should be divided into cylinders and pieces. For the fabric with stripe pattern, attention should be paid to the alignment and positioning of the stripe pattern in each layer to ensure the continuity and symmetry of the stripe pattern. Special attention should be paid to the fabric with strong elasticity such as knitting, polar fleece and pleated fabric, which should be put in advance and naturally retracted for 24 hours before cutting, so as to avoid too small piece after cutting.
4.Write the number according to the template,
The card number should be 0.6cm away from the edge (including the number), the font size should be clear, the number should be changed clearly, and the number should be written on each piece.
5.Care should be taken not to affect the appearance of the garment when using taper marks.
After cutting, count the quantity and check the pieces, and bundle them according to the clothing specifications, and attach the ticket to indicate the model number, position, specification, etc.
6.For each cutting order, the head and tail of cloth should be reserved for use in the workshop.
7.Record the mop and check the unit consumption.
